3 - At least three quality Forced vital Capacity FVC maneuvers.
2 - The two largest of the maneuvers within approximately 150cc.
1 - One maneuver that meets the following 3 criteria:
* Rapid rise to maximal expiration with no hesitation or cough.
* Forced Exhalation lasting at least 6 seconds.
* Zero flow at the end of exhalation.
